Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can review the issue with the carrier where possible.

Authority to Leave

If you request authority to leave, the parcel may be left at the delivery address without a signature. Funky Monkey CBD is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, damaged or affected by weather after being marked as delivered.
